Puppies at Elldees

Every litter begins with a purpose

Every Elldees litter is carefully planned months in advance with clear breeding objectives. We don’t simply breed puppies—we breed toward the next generation.

Interested in an Elldees puppy?

If you are interested in welcoming an Elldees Miniature Pinscher into your family, we would love to hear from you.

We are always happy to discuss the breed, our breeding programme and whether one of our puppies may be the right fit for your home.

As we carefully assess each puppy as it develops, we do not allocate puppies immediately after birth. Our priority is matching each puppy with the home that best suits its temperament and the family’s lifestyle.

👉 Please visit our Contact page to introduce yourself and tell us a little about the home you can offer one of our puppies.

We also invite you to subscribe to Elldees Updates to receive occasional news about planned litters, puppy announcements, show results and other happenings at Elldees Miniature Pinschers.

Every puppy begins life as part of our family before becoming part of yours.

Every Litter Begins With a Purpose

At Elldees, every mating is individually planned after careful consideration of pedigree, temperament, health, structure and the long-term goals of our breeding programme.

Not every dog and bitch are bred simply because they can be. Each mating is chosen with a specific purpose—to preserve breed type, strengthen desirable characteristics and continue improving the Miniature Pinscher for future generations.

Every litter represents another step in that journey.

At Elldees, our dogs share our home and are very much part of our daily lives. Every litter is raised with individual care, and one of the greatest joys of breeding is watching each puppy’s own little personality begin to emerge. The weeks they spend with us are only the beginning of their journey, and we feel privileged to help them take those first steps before they become treasured members of their new families.

Raising our puppies

Our puppies are raised in a home environment where they receive individual attention from birth.

From their earliest days they are handled daily and gradually introduced to the sights, sounds and experiences that help them develop into confident companions.

Our aim is not simply to raise healthy puppies, but well-adjusted young dogs ready to become treasured members of their new families.

Choosing the right home

We believe that choosing the right family is just as important as breeding the right litter.

We enjoy getting to know prospective owners well before puppies are ready to leave, allowing us to help match each puppy to the home that best suits its temperament and lifestyle.

Our commitment to every Elldees puppy continues long after it leaves our home.

Planning ahead?

Thinking about an Elldees puppy?

We encourage prospective owners to contact us before a litter is born.

Getting to know future owners early allows us to discuss the breed, answer questions and keep you informed as planned litters progress.

Because we breed only a small number of carefully planned litters each year, availability can vary.

Interstate homes welcome

Although we are located in Tasmania, Elldees puppies regularly travel safely throughout Australia.

Many people are surprised to learn that air transport to the eastern states is generally around A$300, making distance much less of a barrier than expected.

We are happy to discuss transport options and assist with organising your puppy’s journey to its new home.

Yes. Every breeding dog retained at Elldees has a comprehensive DNA profile completed before being considered for breeding.

When planning a litter, DNA results are just one part of the decision-making process. We also carefully evaluate temperament, structure, pedigree and overall breed type to help produce healthy, sound Miniature Pinschers that are true to the breed.

We are always happy to discuss the health information and DNA testing relevant to the parents of any current or planned litter.
